All i can tell you is that google last indexed it on the 18th Jan, checkout Google cache of the manuals page:

Unfortunately Google doesn't cache pdf files

OOOH some of them work. I just got the first one downloaded. Maybe they all do.

Im glad you lot rate it as I just ordered myself a copy. £50 ain't cheap but hopefully it will pay for itself.
