Servicing my Box

So my box has had some fuel problems, I found the pump was on its last leg, so I put a new fuel pump in. Doing this found dirt in the fuel line, so I've got it jacked up right now and fuel filter should be in tomorrow. While its in the air I am going to flush the coolant; I want to put Zerex Antifreeze in it but cant find it anywhere? Anyone know were to find it. Also I am going to change my manual transmission fluid, I've been reading and it looks like Redline MT-90 is the best oil to get. Anyone know the correct amount of each fluid, and where to get them? Thanks!
