entdr1 Registered User Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Indiana Posts: 7	Boxster porous block question I'm in the process of purchasing a 97 Boxster with only 4200 miles. It is in pristine condition, even passing the Porsche dealer here for an extended warranty. I am getting the warranty because of "rumors" about porous block problems in the 97 and 98's. Anyone heard more about this, or have good/bad experience?
