NEEZ wheels 8-9K for a set of wheels?

I have been talking to someone from eisenhouse.com about a set of neez wheels coming out.. Told me 8-9k for a set of wheels.. HOLY S!@# Would anyone spend that? It really sucks because I saw these and I stared at the picture till my eyes hurt. I think I might sell one of my other cars for a set of these. :ah:

To each his own.

I don't think I could pimp out enough stuff to pimp my ride with those wheels.

I don't know, man. There are any number of offerings from BBS, HRE, Work and Champion that look almost identical to the NEEZ rims and at 1/3 the price. Even if they weren't offered in the dark finish you like, you could send them out to be powdercoated and still be ahead of the game.

Nine thousand dollar rims for a twenty thousand dollar car? Not me.

Forget the rims... Dig that cool paint job. It looks like a FLAT Arctic Silver.

that car is all flat, i love it.
BUT, for the wheels, i wouldnt pay that much, probably not even half of that, or even less.

That is a conundrum. Those are some nice rims. really nice. but $9000 for rims? hopefully that includes tires. you're looking at $2250 per corner. even if you put some great $500 tire on each rim. that means you're paying $1750 per rim. i only thought chrome 24" spinners cost that much. they're aluminum.
but if you have the money and it makes you happy. get em.
don't come crying here if/when you curb one of em.

That's way to expensive for a set of rims. To many things can happen to them too. They could get stolen, you could scrape a curb and have to replace one. For that price your money would be spent better off on allot of other stuff for your car.

6speedonline has a group buy for the Neez QD7. Still way expensive but less than the $8-9k figure.
Boxter / Cayman:
Set of 19” (8.5F, 10.0R): $6,592
Set of 20” (8.5F, 10.0R): $7,196

Whaaaaat? $9k for wheels plus say 350 ea. for tires mounted. You could get a whole 986 spec racer for that.
