Boxster muffler vs. Boxster S muffler

Has anyone swaped their Boxster muffler for a Boxster S muffler? Is this possible without doing any major modifications?

We have base Boxster owners with the S muffler because they like the dual tips. The mufflers are the same inside so it is cosmetic. The 2.7 and 3.2 are a direct swap. A 3.2 on a 2.5 requires an adapter bracket you can buy from Porsche for about $100.

Thanks for the info! I am going to buy one just for cosmetic reasons so I should have no problem with installing it on my 2.7

My brother once said "hey, that car has a butthole" when we were driving behind a Boxster. I can't get that out of my head.
