I paid $100 delivered for those. Two bad they are still sitting in the closet!
I'm currently in power tool jail. I have none..

Basically you remove the rubber covers off of the old ones, use spring clamps or velcro to temporarily set the new ones in the desired position. use a marker or nail polish to paint the location of the holes. Get out the electric drill with a bit that can go trhough metal (the brake pedal is made of metal, others are plastic). Drill guid holes and then use the right size drill bit to accomodate your screws.
I think you screw the new dead pedal on the left, directly over the existing dead pedal cover, you don't have to remove anything.

p.s.
I was going to use thinner to remove the porsche lettering from the pedals, no doubt they will smear and look crap.
