Cleaning the throttle body

My '01 with 32km miles has been idling rough on start up recently. Everything returns to normal after a few minutes. I want to clean the throttle body first before I go messing with the MAF, etc. I could not find any DIY instructions, is it pretty self explanatory once you look at it?

Can't a high quality fuel system/injector cleaner accomplish this like the Chevron one with Techron??

For my other cars, I have sprayed the MAF with CRC MAF spray cleaner from Pep Boys. You can also clean the air intake and plate with CRC Air Intake/Throttle Body Cleaner (from WalMart or Pep Boys). I think just undo some of the clips, remove air hoses, and wipe air intake with a piece of cloth, dampened with cleaner. It looks pretty straight forward and accessible once you remove the engine cover. I may do it myself soon.
