Anything wrong with tinting the windows?

I always wondered why no one has marketed a 'transitions' type tinting that reduces or fades away completely at night. That would be cool.

I know what you mean to cool the interior down during summer...coz' it get hot in there! Is there such thing as a rear plastic window conditioner
