AC Question ....

This is an odd one . I am on my second Boxster and both of them have displayed the word "MANUELL" on the climate control display for the ac when not in auto mode. However, the owners manual clearly states it will display MANUAL. How many of you folks out there have the same ?

Thanks,

JT

Talking Manuell

Si senor! Mine also has Manuell's name there too. I think he lives in the A/C system and checks to see no CFCs are being released.

Seriously though, 'manuell' is the German word for 'manual.'

As in 'manually operated' = 'manuell betaetigt.'

I found this kind of strange too though that it would not say 'manual.'

Just picked up my red 2002 last Wednesday 08/14. And the A/C has manuell also. I have no idea. I'm still trying to figure out linear on the radio/cd setup.
