WTB Gear Indicator

I am looking to buy a five speed gear indicator. This is the small oval piece that mounts on the top of the gear shift lever and shows the five speed shifting pattern, When I replaced the shifter boot I took this piece off and now I can't find it.

I put it in an envelope with a Thank You card because my wife keeps a few hundred Thank You cards in a drawer and it was a good size envelope. It will probably get there in the middle of next week.
