WTB Bilstein B8 Shocks

Just got some lowering springs and looking for shocks.

Bilstein B8 preferred but can do Koni as long as it's setup for lowered springs. Open to other brands just let me know.

Lowering

I am considering going this route as well. But I am not certain about whether or not I will need adjustable front/rear toe links as well. From what I have read, lowering the car changes the geometry of the suspension and that the stock arms do not allow for enough adjustment to compensate. Is this correct? Any advice from those with Vogtland Springs and B8’s would be appreciated.
