Been trying to get ahold of Woody at the phone number I have. But no reply. Anybody got a better phone number for him? Thanks, Bill

He's been busy...

....off the grid at times.

Sometimes he travels far to pick up a car where there is no cell service.

Patience.

I'm sorry if you've been trying to get a hold of me. Are you sure you have the right number? 512-925-9171 Texting is the best way as I've been getting so many robo calls that I only pick up half the time. I'm also busy lots of times with greasy oily hands and don't want to get my phone dirty. If you texted me and didn't get a response. Don't be afraid to text me again to remind me. I get lots of calls/text and people do slip through the cracks and get forgotten. Sorry to those of you that happens to.

If anyone wants me to drive over to Bastrop and hand deliver messages to Woody, I'm up for it. It will cost you about $15 for fuel and $20 for smoked brisket

As long as you also bring some of the brisket.

Every corner has a BBQ restaurant around here. I'm partial to the Salt Lick in Driftwood but Southside Market here in Bastrop is pretty good too.

I haven't been to Woody's yet (but I plan on making it there sometime), however the Roadhouse on 21 has some fairly decent burgers.

I looked on my phone call history and it doesn't show you calling or texting me since August. I believe you. I'm just posting this in case someone else is having issues. I hate my iPhone 8.

The Roadhouse has some delicious burgers and it's only 4 miles from my place. Jalapeņo Cream Cheese Burger on jalapeno bread and a side of sweet potato fries is my favorite
