Isn't this the same piece I purchased from you sent payment and never received???? Then made deal on alternate part that after months of excuses and promises of Tracking numbers, then silence, I had to for the first time in my life make a case to Paypal to get my money back??? Just wondering.

First of all relax with months!The problem was UPS wanted over $200 to ship and tried to figure out a way to get it to you! Now I have been shown how to ship it cheaply so now I can sell it

I can attach the email chain if you wish. This was your last communication. I waited 2 weeks, because well "it's in the mail" and sometimes deliveries get delayed. and waited some more since I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt.

I have bought several items from cellkid22 over the years and would not hesitate to buy from him again. It did take some work and further negotiation on shipping when I bought the full Sparco seat from him, but he was reasonable and not hard to deal with.
Shipping large bulky items is not easy or cheap unless you have experience and know some tricks. Maybe we should have a "How to ship" thread? I have no idea how to cost effectively ship tires, but I know it can be done...
