5 speed gear shift knob and cubby?

I'm looking for a 5 speed gear shift knob for my 2.7 base. My current one is in good shape but has some blemishes and nicks in the leather finish. I'm looking for something in new or excellent condition.

I'm also looking to replace the CD holder in the center console stack with a rectangular shaped cubby.
