Hi, I don't have any with good mirror covers. At this age your best bet is to but new mirror covers. Or you can do like I did and just glue the broken cover onto the visor. I used caulking so I can convert to new ones in the future if I decide. Caulking will hold but can be removed if need be

Everything's good. I'm not really "closed" as more I'm open for business but the Open sign isn't turned on. I'm trying to catch up on some projects. Thanks for your concern though

Woody:
I'm looking for a center console (with the little panel that houses the switches) for a 986.
Please let me know if you have one and what it would cost, shipped to NY, zip code 11520.
Regards, Maurice.

If Woody is still closed or doesn't want to ship I have a spare center console. I'm pretty sure it has all the parts. I'm just down the thru-way in Syracuse. You could come pick it up if you want. Let me know.

Hi Maurice. I don't have any good one's and it's probably best to get one from Tommy

Maybe $20 shipped but you'll need to text me at 512-925-9171 so we're on the same page.

Hey Woody, checking here since I didn't want to pester you on text.
Any stock CD players (CDR220, etc.) available? Anything that doesn't use MOST. Thanks.

Sorry, I don't have any nice CDR220. I prefer to be texted so don't be afraid to pester me.

Hi Woody,
Would you happen to have a functioning engine for a 2001 Boxster S?
Thanks,

I don't have any real nice 3.2's right now. It's hard to compete in California even if I did. Porsches grow on trees out there. I'm sure you'll find one out there cheaper than I could offer you if I had one. Thanks for asking though.
On a side note, I'm officially back open for business. It's best to text me at 512-925-9171. Thanks Woody

Need a 99 window regulator cable only
Hey Woody,
My right side window regulator was making grinding/cable shredding noises and working intermittently, so I took it apart. The motor's fine and every part of the regulator is fine, except the cable, which had a few torn strands. I trimmed off the shredded parts and re-routed the cable and it's working fine- for now. So, I just need the regulator cable. Do you think that is available anywhere, or do you have one? Called around to the local dealers and they only sell the regulator as a whole unit, of course. Thanks.

Hi Mike, I also only sell the motor and regulator as one too. $50+shipping. Unfortunately I'm out of any good left ones right now.
Thanks Woody

Right side regulator
Okay, thanks for getting back to me.
But wait- you say "Unfortunately I'm out of any good left ones right now"
You don't have any left side ones right now? Or you don't have any right side ones left right now? (Did I get that right?) Now I confused myself more.
Anyway, I need a right side regulator for a 99 Boxster. Got one?
And while I have you on the line, can you or anybody tell me what the row of cotter pins is for? Is that to adjust tension as the cable stretches? I guess you could pull one out at a time, though I wouldn't know which end to start from. I did notice that the one farthest from the motor had the most tension on it..
