Most 2000-2004 interior is the same as the 1997-1999, 00-04 interior just has a black coating painted over it. It looks very similar to plastidip out of the spray cans you can buy at any auto parts store. If your flap isn't broke, then I would just repaint the ones you have.

Do you have the covers for the right/passenger side headlamp? I am looking for one with an orange turn signal cover. Currently have one that is Yellow and doesn't match.

I looked yesterday and all I have are the nonpainted ones from 97-99. $25 shipped. I'll gladly sell you one but you'll need to paint it to match your interior. I've had success repairing that hole using JBWeld and a large paper clip as a mold.
