Litronics project

Everybody wants a cheap set of Litronics & here they are. Someone skilled at removing & replacing the lens of the broken side can easily make these look great. All bulbs worked properly before removal. Good chance to upgrade standard lights to Litronic. $450 for the pair. Serious buyers please post any questions??

not sure how jbauer is making his headlight covers, but i do note that they start life as clear plastic - wondering if he could fabricate something?

Really intricate design on those factory lenses. Too difficult to duplicate for an amateur. I could maybe make a clear cover but you could still see the old lense.

I would sell them pretty cheaply, since I don't have the time or inclination to repair them. The clear fronts need to be buffed, but I am confident that they can be polished back to perfection, internal damage on one is to a ball joint socket, and one of the ballasts is bad.

You do want to Hijack my for sale thread & you have done so, your only recourse at this point is to delete your post!!

perhaps the smart money is to buy both and build one set of litronics from two broken sets?

...which someone might be more likely to buy if they knew that the parts needed to repair it were readily available.
