is the plenum and tb direct bolt on? or you need to buy some silicone hoses?

You need silicone reducers on the side of the motor and a 3" flexible tube on the side of the maf there is a whole thread detailing the install. I have all of the parts except for the reducers and the flexible 3" diameter tube.
