I would like too make you aware that these are probably for cars with right hand side steering wheel, like in UK or Australia, so not compatible for US cars.....

Don't know what you mean Hieu, but headlights are specific for which side of the road the car is meant for. So headlights made for cars that are meant to drive on the left side of the road are not legal on cars that drive on the right hand side and vice versa. They will blind oncoming traffic and can cause danger.
