Is it for sure the window motor? Pelican has one in stock, and can ship overnight.

I'm guessing you've checked fuses and switches? And, it's not the window regulator? All are much cheaper than the window motor, so hoping the best for you.

Here were the symptoms, my passenger got out of the car and the window rolled down half way. I tried to roll it up and nothing. I hit the down switch and it rolled down like normal, but will not go up. Once I check the fuse and the fuse, how do I check the regulator? Thank you!

Garage
If it works one way, it could be also the switch.
Check the switch first should be easy.

Swap the switches, left to right, to see if the problem follows the 'switching of the switches.'

I'll do that first thing tonight after work, thanks for the advice!

If it's not switches, is this probably a window regulator? How hard of a job is swapping that out?

Thanks!

switch is good, hooked it up to the drivers window and it functioned correctly. paying close attention, i can hear a click in the door when pressing the passenger side switch up and down. how hard a job is the regulator? i'm not the best with car repairs, can I do this versus paying porsche close to $400 just for labor?
