Removing tacky feel from interior

Hello,
The dash, center console and other areas of the interior are tacky. to touch. Sure this is due to age; 2000 Boxster.
What has one used to successfully remove this tackiness?

That question has been asked, and answered, so many times... you'll have better luck doing your own research. The truth is out there.
