The emergency brake locks/ brakes the rear tires. [the rear hat of the rotor. contains pads, the hat is the drum.]

An application of either ammonia [billowing smoke] or water will help let your tires spin.

Current era transmissions and LSD's try to prevent you from doing this to your car. [It's a waste of power]

It is very hard on your tranny and brakes, along with a million other things.

If this is cool get a 70's muscle car and burn them off all day. They were known for it.
