When I am comparing tires on a site like the Tire Rack, you can filter the reviews for cars like the one you drive. If you look at the specific Michelin and Conti tires that are available for the Boxster, then the reviews on your type of car, you get some usefull info. Granted the reviews are not from professionals just regular Joes so that needs to be considered as well.
