Another question, when I manually raised the spoiler I thought it was supposed to stay up until it was manually retracted? I know I manually raised it on the freeway, and when I came to a stop, it retracted automatically. What's up with that?

If you raise it manually it should not go back down regardless of how much you slow down or stop. It should stay up until you press the button again. If you leave it on auto, the manual says over 75mph it should raise automatically and then lower somewhere around 60-50mph automatically. There is a manual switch that you can buy and have installed closer to you within arms reach if you would like to have more control over it. It basically relocates the factory switch to your dash area. Here is the web site.

This is good if you added an external fixed spoiler like me and don't want the factory one going up and down all the time.
