I don't know about the 986 but for the 987 it is:

Boxster

2,855 pounds
2,987 Tip

Boxster S

2,965 pounds
3,053 Tip

The Tip is a 5-speed in both

The Boxster is a 5-speed manny tranny, while the Boxster S is a 6-speed.
