Hi,

First thing to do with any Porsche Radio problem is to remove the Faceplate and clean the contacts both on the Faceplate and the Headunit with a Q-tip and Isopropanol (Rubbing Alcohol). The Faceplate is a computer and all the controls feed through it to the headunit.

If for instance the the Bass Level Control contacts are corroded or dirty, the Headunit may interpret that as Bass Level '0'. Since the Door Speakers are Bass Speakers, you would not get any sound from them.

This isn't a guaranteed fix, but so many Becker (Porsche) Radio problems are solved by cleaning these contacts, that it's the first place you should start. Hope this helps...
