When replacing a Rear Rotor, you also need to line a bolt hole up with the Star Wheel Adjuster so you can access it with a screwdriver as before and then pry the Star Wheel downward until the rotor will not turn, then you pry the Star Wheel adjuster 5 clicks upward (Rotor should now turn freely) and then pry it Up an additional 4 clicks. Uh Oh...I hope I didnt miss something here. I replaced my rear rotors this past weekend and didn't ne remove any star wheel adjusters or anything to remove my rotors. They just knocked right off the hub..and the handbrake still works...
