If it passed a PPI, and was in good shape... why not?
Fact is, there are tons of Boxsters out there. This one looks like it has recently been at a couple dealers... probably sitting on their lots for too long, so they offload it to another dealer. I saw several cars do that when I was searching in December.
Again - passes PPI, go for it.
