You may be right. Two things I don't like about a car dropped too low:
1. When the front/back clearance becomes much larger than the clearance at the top. That is, when the center of the wheel gets too far above the center of the wheel well. Somehow, I don't find that appealing, as the car looks like it has no suspension at all.
2. Shortened suspension travel adds stress to the whole car resulting in increased sqeaks and rattles over time.
Perhaps a .5 inch drop with 5mm some spacers would be optimal for me (bringing the car closer to EU spec), but I don't think I'll be doing any of that either. Just love the current stock suspension so much. Feels as it was custom built for the roads I'm driving.
