What are the signs to look for in some of the potential problems? With the engine not visible, what can be done to anticipate these types of problems? The one thing I have noticed with my Boxster is a paint type odor when starting from cold. I have used detail spray to keep it looking new, however, and it could have gotten into the side intakes.
