The popping sound you’re hearing could be due to a few things:
1. MAF Sensor: If it’s dirty or failing, it can cause incorrect air-fuel mixture, leading to popping. Even after cleaning, it might need replacing if it’s faulty.
2. AOS Replacement: Double-check if the AOS was installed correctly. A vacuum or air leak from a faulty install can affect the air-fuel mixture.
3. Fuel Injectors/Ignition: Poor fuel injector performance or ignition system issues (spark plugs/coils) can cause unburned fuel to ignite in the exhaust.

Action: Test the MAF with a scan tool, check for any vacuum or exhaust leaks, and inspect the injectors and ignition system. If the issue persists, consider replacing the MAF sensor.
