To close this, I got frunk open. The battery is lead and the cable was located in right wheel well under the bottom of the light on the side closest to the body. It was tucked a little under the light.
The issue was the black plastic tab I dropped when I put the bumper back on. It was in the hood latch mechanism. The electric motor is fine. Anyhow, just need to get liner back in and this is over. I put tape on end of cable to make finding easier in the future. I Will relocate wire next time bumper is off. Thanks all for the help.
