I'm sure there's some good DIYs online. Here's a disassembled picture that may show enough info without even seeing a DIY. Notes: the gray rubber strips are conductors from the circuit board to the LCD display. Some screws not pictured. Be sure to remove the protective film from the front and back of the replacement screen - carefully start at a corner with a blade and it should peel easily.
