I can't find the VCI in the program. What should I do?

Solution:
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Connect the VCI to the vehicle.
2. Start the car and power on the VCI; you should hear a "di" sound.
3. Once you hear the sound, connect the PT3G VCI to your laptop.
4. You should now be able to run diagnostics.
