A real PIWIS system is not avaialble for sale, only lease, which starts at $20,000 for the first year. As the flea bay PIWIS systems are unknown, often not even a PIWIS, or a bootleged older version that is not even complete, and could end up damaging your electronics (yes, we have seen this), I would recommend shying away from people sell them on the internet as you have no idea what you are buying.
