The chain tensioner pads are worn, but I have seen worse.

One of my pads was worse than those, yours are more evenly worn than mine were. I saw your other thread, not sure if that will be an issue or not, I don't think mine had any noticeable scoring. I did have some large scoring on the oil pump cavity, I'm leaving it for now, but at least it's replaceable if I need to.

I would recommend dropping the oil pan if you haven't already, there could be surprises in there. Ask me how I know!
