I've scoped out various hardtops, but to my eye the 986 looks better with a convertible top. But then, aesthetics are a personal thing. If someone produces a hardtop with an exterior that looks
exactly like a convertible top, it might work for me. A cloudy back window would give it verisimilitude, but that might be going too far.
