It does work, I did it yesterday. The knob that sites above and between the Fuel level/Water Temp & RPM gauge..... This knob has a little clock painted on it, hold it Twisted to the left for about 5 seconds and you'll see your MPH switch off and you'll see KPH appear on the digital gauge.
