Hi,
This is not an option. The Horn is used to remind you that some door, or compartment lid is not closed.
It cannot be used to verify Locking - that is done with the Tail Lamps, Turn Indicators (and if you've done the Euro sidemarker hack, the side marker lights as well). Hope this helps...
