I just did mine using a 5” bolt, two washers and two nuts. I used one of the washers at the end to tug on (similar to what many here have done). They popped right out and the new tubes and o rings fit a little more snug.

Of note, all of my coil packs and tubes looked great, but I put new ones in anyway bc I don’t want to go back in there for a long time. Fitting my torque wrench for the spark plugs was challenging in some areas. Removing the engine cover helped a lot on the passenger side.
