bi-xenon means that the low beam and high beam are HID based lights.
Now, there are two approaches and one is the better one.
You can have two separate assemblies - low and high beam. They could be reflector type or projector. The latter is much more common.
Or you can have one projector that will serve both purposes. When you look at the the cut-off line of the low beam light pattern, you will see it is a neat straight line, although the projector is round.
The way it works there is a shield that blocks part of the beam. Now, the shield can be slightly moved away from the center of the beam what will move the cut-off line.
As a result you have high beam.
So basically, you have one HID assembly and one projector.
This setup is better for night driving, because the high beam lights up right away.
HID has a long warm up period. Long means 15-60 seconds. You get light right away, but it takes a moment to establish the right colour and intensity.
Finally, the kit you listed is for upgrade of existing Litronics headlight.
OEM setup is low beam HID, high beam halogen.
This kit converts it to bi-xenon in one projector.
However, you can retrofit a bi-xenon projector, or bi-LED projector into a regular assembly.
