The temperature warning in point three is indicated if the conditions "engine coolant temperature too high" and "engine coolant level too low" are present simultaneously
(1Hz = 1 flash per second. 0.5Hz = 2 seconds per flash)
Mine is definitely always lit, I can't see why it would, since it is lit up as soon as you start the car and the coolant temp is ambient temperature. The level may be a tad low, but it's above the min mark? I'll top it up to max and see what happens
