Trying to understand fuel trim... HELP

The power is not what it should be in my 2000 base 5-speed so I have been trying to diagnose the problem with my Durametric by looking at the fuel trim data.
From what I have read and seen the numbers that I have on the attached document look good. The variocams kicked in when I blipped the throttle up to 3000 RPM.
Am I reading this wrong?

I cleaned the MAF just before taking these readings and the camshaft deviations are steady but on the limit at -6.92 and -5.81.
