Def not factory - sport classic II I think are 3pc look/design from era. Appear to be HRE or HRE knockoffs from same era though. Hard to find silver P-crest center caps so nice score there along w chrome wheel bolts to complete. Guessing base as well but a PO at some point painted calipers red.
