For anyone who followed this thread, I contacted ZF directly (group that owns TRW). I sent them photos of the replacement in sealed labeled bag, and removed from the bag next to the original parts
They believe these inner tie rods were mislabeled and asked me to send the tie rods to them and they are shipping me the correct tie rods straight from them.
