I think it's something completely new and custom, but using the running gear from a Series 1 E Type Jaguar. Or maybe an XK 140 or 150. Can't tell in the picture if there's a brake disc behind the rear wheel. There wouldn't be one there if it was E Type running gear, since E Types have inboard rear discs.
