To each his own. Kind of hard to use a stick to do a full brake line flush

With a power bleeder, you can jack the car up, take off all 4 wheels and bleed all corners very easily. Not a very expensive tool you will use many tines on a Porsche and other cars.
Lots of reasons most shops use a power bleeder.
