I got the 7000 model as well from Costco.
Assembly was not a breeze, but not a problem as some state. No leaks, not issues whatsoever.
Yes, it took time and... thinking a few times. I spent more time on bleeding, though.
As for fitment.
When in resting position I can drive and park Boxster over them no problem. Same with Bolt and Q5 of course.
As for lifting the car.
Using the largest blocks it works just fine. The length is perfect. No need for extensions or such.
I have not tried Q5 yet, but I did try Bolt (about 3600 lb) and it went up no sweat. Here I got a bit puzzle where to position the blocks as the exact position for the back is where the channel is separated, but I got it worked out.
I must try Q5 (4000 lb) soon.
Why 7000? Because the plan is to trade Q5 for Q5 55e which is too close to 5000 lb limit for the smaller version of QuickJack.
