I knew about the ring land failures for the subies, didn't know about the bad head gaskets. My test today certainly isn't conclusive, I need to see what happens when I run it under load. If it leaks then, compression and leak down tests will be in order. I appreciate the heads up though, I will do some reading in them tonight.
