IMS issue is way blown out of scale. Only a small percentage of the total production run
has had issues.
The way I inspect my filters is to cut the plastic ends of with a razor knife.
Put the remaining paper filter in a vice. Squeeze the oil out then open it out flat and look it over.
Can't help with your other issues sorry.
